Vactor Retro-Fits - Hose Reel
Dual Roller Wind Guide
The dual roller simplifies the task of installing the rodder hose into the level wind guide.  With the dual roller its as simple as flipping a lock plate up and allowing the front roller to swing out of the way for quick installation of hose.  The dual roller also aids in retracting the hose from offset lines.
Standard Hose Reel to Rotating Hose Reel
You can dramatically increase productivity by adding a telescoping rotating hose reel.  The hose reel rotates a full 270 degrees allowing the cleaning of multiple inlets without relocating the truck, and chances of damaged and/or cut hoses are greatly reduced.  The rotating hose reel has become a standard option on new units we sell.
Vise and Swage Kit Mount
Get a grip on in-field rodder hose repairs by installing a hose reel vise and swage mounting kit.  This enables you to make repairs to hose safely and efficiently out in the field, so minimizing time lost.
Grease Hoses for Rotating Bearing
Regular maintenance will prolong the life of your hose reel.  Make greasing the all important rotating bearing easier by upgrading it to the current style bearing with two grease fittings, a grease manifold and an updated heavy duty locking cylinder.
Pinch Roller Assembly
The Pinch Roller Assembly can be added to nay hose reel.  It is designed to keep tension on the rodder hose to help prevent the hose from unraveling while it is going into a sewer line or being wound back onto the hose reel.  Two air cylinders push on a bar, which transfers pressure into the hose.
Accu-Count
Update your unit with the most modern up-to-date accurate digital distance recorder.  No more guessing where the blockage is, or where the break in the sewer line is.  The Vactor Accu-Count will tell you exactly where it is.
