Continuous Offload
XCR
XCR is the original, patented, continuous production offloading system first introduced by Guzzler in 1986. Available on both the Guzzler Classic and the Guzzler Ace, the XCR option saves time and money by allowing users to offload material into a variety of collection vessels without interrupting the vacuuming process. On the Guzzler ACE, there is no special set-up required and the tank may be bypassed or used as a secondary filtration chamber.

Rear Mounted Cyclone
The Rear Mounted Cyclone is an economical solution when controlled offloading is only an occasional requirement. The cyclone may be used while attached or removed and used as an intermediate loading station. The cyclone support legs are adjustable to accommodate loading vessels of varying heights.

Cycrane
For material handling versatility, you may want to add a Cycrane option to your Guzzler Classic or Guzzler ACE. It combines a high performance crane and a detachable receiving cyclone, working independently of each other for unlimited capabilities. You can safely and efficiently move, store, transport, package or drum any material - even hazardous wastes and reclaimables. The 23 feet 7 inch horizontal reach and a 14 foot cyclone discharge height, it's no problem to load and upload rail cars, dump trucks, elevated bins and silos.

Dense Phase
Guzzler's Dense Phase Offload system is an advanced offloading and recovery tool that combines applied pressure with high airflow for true dense phase conveyance of dry material up to 125 feet vertically. Ideal for cement or bulk powder applications.

Vertical Auger
The Guzzler ACE rear mounted auguring system provides the ultimate in controlled offloading of any free flowing, wet or dry product. Uniquely, the Guzzler ACE auger is equipped with an isolation valve between tank and auger which prevents material from entering the auger when it's not in use. This results in longer auger life and less downtime associated with decontaminating the unit. In head-to-head tests, the Guzzler ACE augured sand 24% faster and pea gravel 79% faster than the competition. The secret to the Guzzler ACE's superior performance is the auger speed which is not limited to 1,150 RPM as on other brands. The Guzzler ACE auger inlet loads better because it aligns flush with the tank floor assuring a complete offloading of all material. In contrast, on other brands, the auger inlet is above the bottom of the tank so any remaining material must be hand shoveled from the tank after auger operations are completed.

Pressure Offload
With Guzzler's XCR unique swing-out cyclone, you can discharge material into collection vessels while vacuuming - a patented, continuous production system that's revolutionized the industry. In recovery applications, where you need to collect reclaimable materials, you can mount a manifold on the bottom of the cyclone. Using the discharge air from the silencer, the manifold helps pneumatically convey material from the cyclone back into a collection vessel. When you don't have to package material for disposal, but need to vacuum, you can swing the cyclone in and vacuum through the rear port just as you would with a conventional Guzzler.

High Dump
The Guzzler NX vacuum loader is available with a High-Dump option, allowing for dumping of debris directly into a roll-off container up to five feet in height. A heavy duty telescopic hydraulic cylinder at the rear of the Guzzler NX chassis lifts the debris body upward and slightly backward, allowing extra clearance from the rear of the truck for efficient dumping. With this option, an operator can choose to dump material in either the normal or high-dump mode.

High Rail Option
Guzzler High-Rail Vacuum trucks are rail-ready, boom equipped, self-contained vehicles, that use vacuum power to remove contaminated and unwanted materials from track beds, remove and replace ballast and clean up potential pollution problems on and around railroad tracks. Material that is removed is stored in the Guzzler High-Rail's large collection tank for subsequent treatment and disposal or reuse. Unlike other units, which are configured solely for track use, the Guzzler High-Rail Vacuum Truck operates on both rail and road. Within minutes the Guzzler High-Rail truck can be converted from road-ready to rail-ready.
