Vactor Retro-fits - Debris Body
Butterfly Valve 5 inch Control your flow of liquids with the addition of a 5 inch butterfly valve
Cyclone The addition of a cyclone can greatly increase the life of your fan or blower. The cyclone is designed to separate debris from the air stream thus protecting your vacuum source. This is achieved by spinning the air and material in the cyclone; the material is heavier and therefore drops out of the air stream before it reaches the fan or blower.
Cyclone Extension Kit Now installed as standard on units with a cyclone, this kit helps to extend the life of a cyclone by breaking up the air stream between the cyclone and the dust box. The unit bolts between the cyclone and dust box, and requires at least 2 inches of clearance below the dust box.
Float Ball Shutoffs Float Ball Shutoffs prevent debris over filling the body and going through the vacuum system. At best this can result in a sewage shower at worst a catastrophic failure of your fan or blower. Having this option will help to prevent both and pay for itself over and over again.
Fold Down Pipe Racks Fold down pipe racks solve many storage and safety concerns on your Vactor Sewer Cleaner. Each pipe rack can hold three pipes ranging in size from three to ten feet long. The racks are normally installed on the sides of the units, but they can also be fitted to the rear door. The racks are designed to fold down for safe ground-level retrieval of pipe.
Gravity Drain to Front Add versatility in decanting excess water from the debris tank by adding a gravity drain to front. They are available for either side of the debris tank and for units with and without ball float shutoffs.
Hydraulic Rear Door Locks Most units built today have hydraulic door locks. For those that do not have them they can be added as a retrofit option. Hydraulic door locks are 100% automatic, requiring no manual tee locks or overrides. They are by far the most reliable locks available in the industry.
Inspection Port and Ladder Take the guess work out of monitoring your load with this practical inspection port and ladder setup. The ladder folds down for easy accessibility from ground level. This option is popular due to changing landfill regulations on the amount of liquids allowed to be dumped.
Knife Valves - 6", 8", 10" and Air Actuated Put and end to clogged butterfly valves by replacing them with knife valves. A Knife valve opens similar to a pocket knife; therefore, it never gets hung up on material. Knife valves are available in three sizes 6", 8", 10" and available Air Actuated, which can be opened by the flick of a switch. They can be mounted at various heights on the debris body to enable dumping of the whole load, or just water.
Load Limit Alarm Eliminate the need to watch the float indicator on the debris tank by adding a load limit alarm. The alarm is wired to the trucks horn and so is heard at the operator's station when the debris body is close to being full.
Spill Plate A spill plate is a great way to direct the flow of debris over the rear bumper and into a roll-off container. Spill plates are also used to protect the rear bumper, rodder pump and taillights from falling debris.
Pump Off Systems We offer a variety of pump off systems, either mounted inside or outside the debris body, to increase productivity when offloading. These systems prevent material being pumped out of the tank whilst offloading water.
